Thank you Turkey Valley Education Foundation (TVEF) for funding new supplies for our math classes! The new set of graphing calculators helps our students in upper level classes more efficiently solve advanced problems. The set of dry erase boards provides more accessible learning to all our students. They provide an easy way for students to share their thinking with peers and help enrich our class discussions. A huge highlight to the start of a new school year for our 1st -6th grade students is swim day! Every spring our teachers explain the summer reading requirements for their students and then when we return in the fall they get to spend one of the 1st days of school at the Cresco Fitness Center pool with a picnic lunch and play time at a park. We are so appreciative of the hard work our students put in over the summer, parents helping with reading logs, and the staff at Cresco Fitness Center along with our amazing teachers, associates, and administration that organize this day.
